1. How far in advance should I book my move?

2. Do you offer packing materials?

All of our moving trucks include blankets, shrink wrap / stretch film, mattress bags and tape. We typically recommend U-haul (118 Clarke Road, London) for moving boxes – as they advertise that they will beat anybody’s pricing.

3. Is my move insured?

In the unlikely event of extensive damage, we do have liability and cargo insurance coverage. Please read our terms and conditions and keep in mind what is reasonable. 

4. Do you handle last-minute moves?

Most people realize that movers in London, Ontario or anywhere else need to be scheduled in advance. While we will try to accommodate requests from reasonable people, it is highly unlikely that we could help with any same-day or next-day moves. 

5. Can you move specialty items like pianos?
